The SZL boiler system is a double drum longitudinally arranged chain furnace drainage pipe steam boiler. The convective arrangement of the heating surface has high heat transfer efficiency, a reasonable water circulation system, large water capacity, large steam space, and good steam quality. The convective heating surface has the greatest abundance, and the efficiency characteristics of boiler operation are stable and have a certain degree of overload operation capability. The lightweight chain belt assembled grate is equipped with a stepless speed regulation device, making the adjustment methods for the optimal combustion conditions more complete. The combustion is achieved by using a lightweight chain grate for mechanical coal addition, and is equipped with drums and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation. The fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate and enters the furnace with the grate for combustion. The flue gas passes through the combustion chamber at the upper part of the rear arch and enters the first bundle of pipes from the combustion chamber to the front smoke box, then folds into the second bundle from the front smoke box to the rear smoke box. It is drawn into the flue, dust collector, and chimney by the induced draft fan and finally discharged into the atmosphere. The coal slag contains no more than 10% carbon, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is around 82%. The boiler is equipped with soot blowers in the convection tube bundle area. After entering the convection tube bundle area, the flue gas flows through the smoke wall and turns in an S-shaped direction. The dust in the flue gas is separated by inertia and falls into the four gravity type automatic ash hoppers set below. It is transported along with the furnace and falls into the slag hopper with the coal slag, which is discharged from the furnace body by the slag extractor. The original emission of smoke and dust from this furnace meets the national environmental protection requirements.
